REFUND POLICY

No Exchanges or Refunds.

*All SALE items are FINAL SALE, exchanges are not allowed at this time.

Orders may be able to be modified or cancelled once processed.

To be eligible for a modification or cancellation, your request must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a modification or cancellation, you can contact us at simplyfresh1@yahoo.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll issue a refund to the payment method you used at purchase. Refund arrival times will vary depending on your payment processing time.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SHIPPING POLICY

Hope Dealer's Apparel offers standard and overnight delivery to all locations within the United States.

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)

All paid orders will ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment (excludes weekends & holidays). Standard shipping will be processed via USPS, tracking notification will be sent via email. 

Overnight Delivery (1 business day)

All orders for overnight delivery must be received by 12pm CST, orders will ship SAME DAY, you will be notified of additional shipping at checkout. (excludes holidays).
