Every girl needs a guide on her healing journey. As a mental health professional I cannot begin to explain the healing power of a girl and her journal. This technique helps us to slow our thoughts down and connect the feelings that we often haven’t been able to express with words. I tell my clients to just write and allow the process to flow through you. Somedays you may just sit and stare at your journal because words are too painful to share, but other days you’ll find your emotions flowing on each page. Both are part of the journey!!!
